New "Respondent Consent Status" report: To support GDPR compliance, we've added a new report that details the consent status of all respondents for a given survey.
For each respondent, the report displays:
- Consent status ("Accepted" or "Rejected")
- The consent statement viewed by the respondent when they were taking the survey
- The time when the respondent accepted or rejected the statement
New cross survey "Answer Details by Respondent" report: This new report delivers response data across multiple surveys (grouped by survey and respondent).
Updated filtering and grouping for "Answer Summary" reports: These reports now let you filter and group data based on multi-select field values (such as choice questions and contact fields). Previously, you could only filter and group by single-select fields.
Enhanced cross survey "Answer Summary" report: This report now includes summary data for the following question types:
- Single-Answer Rating
- Matrix Rating
- Net Promoter
As with other question types, these ones can be matched across surveys by either question code or question text.
Advanced filters in reports: The "Answer Summary" and "Answer Summary with Trends" reports now support advanced filters. Available filters include contact fields, respondent fields, and respondents' answers to questions. You can add these filters at any time to limit which data a given report displays.
You can then save the reports and publish them (with filters applied) to a portal. In the portal, your users will only see the filtered data.
