  • 1.  Logo distortion on certificates and invoices

    When I upload a logo to a certificate or invoice template, it looks fine until I save and preview. When previewing, the logo stretches the entire length of the page, regardless of image size. Any thoughts on how to fix this? See attachment for sample. TIA!

    I create a template that works and then change image and/or logo each time.

    Hi Shannon,

    We create an entire certificate rather than just a logo, and then just populate the appropriate fields with text. Please see the attached file. Hope this helps!
