  • 1.  create report for one of my registration questions.

    I have a question in or registration that asks if they are currently teachers of the year. How can I run a report to capture the names of those answering yes?  I found there are 7, but I need to know who they are.  ASAP. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Lynn,

    In order to access reports that pull answers to your registration questions, you can hover over Reporting and, under Reports, click Reports (New) within your event. Question responses appear in the following reports:
    • Answer Details by Question
    • Agenda Items - Registration Details
    • Question Response Audit
    • Invitees and Registrants > Invitee and Registrant Details
    • Registrants > Registrant Details

    You can also use the Question Summary within Reporting and, under Summary Views, click Question Summary to see answers to registration questions as well.

    ​Is there a way to download answers to registration questions if all invitees/registrants are in "pending" status? Or must they be in non-pending?

    Hi Lynn,

    If the invitees are in pending status you can run Registration Approval Ad Hoc Report in New and Classic Reports.

    This will provide invitee details along with their responses. This information is not available in any other report in Cvent.
