No sure if you attended Cvent CONNECT - there was a session presented by the Utah State University describing how they transitioned their events over the last 4 years and how they implemented Cvent about a year ago.
If you haven't already, might be worth watching the session and connecting with their team.

Where are my higher education folks at? I'd love to hear back from those of you who use Cvent at the University level, as well as those who only use it for a sub-unit (center or college). For those who adopted Cvent university-wide, how was the transition? Who owns what part of the event between the central event office and the unit?
