    We will be hiring an event manager in the next month or two, and should have the job posted in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, if you would be interested in learning more, please email me: lwildman@dmainc.com

    For those of you who know Michele Gebrayel, you would be her replacement (she now works at Cvent!!!). 

    This job is a remote position and will be mainly managing all of our webinars (about 30 a year) and all external industry events and sponsorships, managing our speakers at those external events, etc. We currently do not have any in-person events planned for 2022. 

    Additional job responsibilities may include general marketing and administrative tasks, so we will be looking for someone who also has some marketing or other experience outside of event planning. Cvent knowledge is required; this person will take us from our current Flex environment to Attendee Hub (already purchased).

    I do not yet have a salary range but can discuss with you separately.

    Hi Lori, indicating work location and that Cvent experience necessary is key for those that are in the market searching. Cvent knowledge is a niche platform, and while I was searching I definitely used that as a keyword. If you have it posted on LinkedIn, I'd be happy to share to my network!

    Hi Amy,
    Yes, the position will be remote with a possibility of some travel if we ever go back to in-person events (prior to COVID, we held 8 - 12 in-person events a year that this position would be on-site for to manage the event, check attendees in, etc.). At this time, we are not intending to go back to in-person events.
