  • 1.  Changing a registration type for a pending registration

    Hello all: Does anyone know if you can change a registration type for a pending registration yet? I've been a Cvent user for over 6 years and that is one of the features I've asked for since year 1.

    Any news on this front?  =)

    I've had that issue before, and as far as I know, you have to deny or accept the pending registration before you can change that registration in any way (change the type, or change other info in that registration).
