Budget locking for events: Keep your agreed-upon budget set and put a stop to last-second updates. With the new Lock Budget policy, you can now automatically lock your entire event budget after a certain point, preventing any further edits.
The lock can be triggered by a status change (to a meeting request, process form, or event planning process) or key date (such as the event start or end date).
As with other budget policies, you can let planners request to override the policy in case a change is needed once the lock has been enforced.
