  • 1.  Tracking No-Shows

    The majority of our conferences are internal and we have no-shows.  Currently, we "unregister" no-shows but my preference would be to have them marked as "no-show" rather than "cancelled".  Is there a way to do this and be able to report on it?  If not, anyone have best practices they can share?

    Use the participant status for No Shows participant status stays as no for all those who attended it would be yes.

    There are valid reasons to unregister prior to the event. ​But once your event begins, use OnArrival to check attendees in. Or you can import your participants.
