Thanks for sharing this! I'd recommend the
Strategic Meetings Management training to start for your planners. They can access this when logging into the Community > Training tab > Online Learning by Role > Strategic Meetings Management. There are also some great modules within the
Cvent System Admin learning plan that sound like they would be a fit, particularly Meeting Request Form and Meeting Request Workflow.

I've searched high and low for training that I could provide my planners as they are onboarded, but am stumbling over first steps being "Create an Event" on all training. We follow a SMM process where our first step is the Meeting Request Form. But I'm not finding much training on starting there, or even basic navigation. I recently had a coworker ask how to create custom views or what the difference is between an event or meeting request. That training would be extremely helpful. Can you point me out to helpful training covering those topics please?
