This week, we have updates on #Appointments and #Inquisium.

    Appointments

Appointments without attendees: For a given appointment type, you now have the option to let hosts create appointments without adding attendees. This enables hosts to reserve locations in advance and then invite attendees at a later time.

New appointment management setting:  Choose whether attendees are allowed to manage their own appointments on the attendee website. If not, attendees will be able to view and print their schedules but not create appointments, respond to requests, or perform any other appointment-related actions. (NOTE: This setting can be disabled or enabled at any time during the appointment event)

Updates to the Appointments to CrowdCompass integration: Attendees can now view, create, and edit blocked off time from within the CrowdCompass app. In addition, attendees can propose new times as well as view additional questions and answers related to their appointments (as long as they have the visibility rights).

    Inquisium

Survey date range filter: The dashboard's date range filters have been enhanced so you can now filter and view data from the last two years.

Skip identity confirmation for Surveys (New): You can now choose to automatically hide the Identity Confirmation widget from respondents who click into the survey from a weblink or email link. Because the weblink or email link is associated with a specific user, it carries their personal information into the registration process and allows them to skip filling out their information again

Enhancements to the Feedback Surveys homepage in Flex: Changes have been made to improve the functionality of the mobile user's survey experience to help increase response rates. The tap target radius has been increased to make the experience easier for users, and now they can see their progress in the survey with new status icons.

The survey homepage has been enhanced to move completed surveys to the bottom of the page, giving respondents quicker access to the surveys they still need to complete. (NOTE: Planners can turn off this feature if they do not want the surveys to be organized by their completion status.)

New Thank You page for General Feedback surveys: If only using general feedback surveys and not session feedback surveys, you can now direct Invitees to the Thank You page after they've completed their surveys. (NOTE: The Thank You page cannot be enabled when session feedback is being collected. Instead, Invitees will be taken to the Home Page after submitting feedback on individual sessions.)
