Hello, Community members! I hope you are having a great week and had the chance to check out our Ask the Expert session on safer in-person events earlier today.

Keeping our Open Forum discussions in mind, for this edition of Tip of the Week we are covering tips to stay connected to the conversations that are most important to you. Whether that be an Ask the Expert session, a particular Huddle of the Week, or a peer's question on managing virtual events, we want you to stay in the know. Read on for further steps:

    • Follow a Discussion: If you click into the specific discussion thread you are interested in following, click the blue "Follow Star" on the top right of the post. You know you are following the thread once you see a red star and it says "Following." Following the discussion means you will receive an email anytime someone replies to the thread. If you started the discussion or replied, you are automatically following the discussion.
      • If you would like to unfollow the thread you can click on the star again and it will turn blue to mean you are unfollowing the thread.
    • Find Your Favorites: You will also be able to find all the threads you are following under your profile. To do so, go to your profile, click on the second tab "My Connections" and select "Following."
    • Subscribe to the Open Forum: This is the best way to stay up to date with all the discussions that are relevant to you. Go to the Open Forum > Settings > Manage Notifications. Scroll to "Topic Notifications" and pick real-time or personalized digest.
      • Be sure to customize your interests and add more topics to your personalized digest by adding them to your profile. You can add them in the "Stated Interests" area of your profile, directly below the Topic Notifications. These range from various topics and products – our favorites right now are #ManagingVirtualEvents and #ProductNews!
