Hi Eva! Thanks for the message.
The expo hall all depends on which virtual platform you plan on using.
What kind of conferences/events do you plan?
Have you planned a virtual event yet? If so, which platform are you using?
I look forward to hearing from you, feel Free to shot me and email and I further assist you offline.

Hi Shafcat,
It is great to hear that you had an expo hall at your event. Would you be able to provide me more information on how you set that up?

Hi April!
Your questions are all very valid. Based on experience your virtual event needs to be just as engaging a live event. There are many factors to this.
To go a bit deeper:
1. Are people attending that DO NOT need to earn continuing education credits.
Yes, I recently worked on a virtual conference that was solely information based and people were totally engaged.
2. What percentage of people are registering but not actually logging in to the webinars?
The same conference had over 2k sign ups and 1500 signed in through out the day.
3. What percentage of registered participants stay logged in for the entire presentation?
I would say that 70% of the attendees were logged in the entire time. Something to keep in mind is having lots of live sessions and engagement elements.
4. If you have sponsors, are people interacting with those sponsors? In what ways?
Absolutely and expo hall is encouraged, this is a great way to increase engagement.
Let me know, if you would like to talk about this further offline. Ive helped clients transition from live events to virtual events.

Like many of you, we have been researching options to take some of our larger in-person meetings virtual. We keep coming back to the same question/thought...
Are people actually attending / participating in virtual conferences?
To go a bit deeper:
1. Are people attending that DO NOT need to earn continuing education credits.
2. What percentage of people are registering but not actually logging in to the webinars?
3. What percentage of registered participants stay logged in for the entire presentation?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
