    Does anyone know why the included sessions do not show up on the confirmation e-mail?  If they go to their confirmation page within the registration site, it shows all agenda items, but the confirmation e-mail only shows the optional items they selected.  

    For example - this information came from the confirmation e-mail:

    21-Jun-2022

    1:00 PM - 2:15 PM

    Breakout Session 1B - Organizational Effectiveness Impacted by an Ineffective Document Hierarchy

    2:30 PM - 3:45 PM

    Breakout Session 2B - Functional Area Discussion - Focused on Non-Nuclear


    But if I click on the review my registration link at the bottom of the e-mail, I can see all that is actually included on June 21.

    Hi Carolee,

    Within your event emails (ex: the registration confirmation email) you can use the "my agenda" widget and this will include both included and optional sessions. You actually have the option when you add the widget into the email to say if you'd like it to display all sessions (included and optional), just optional or just included.
