Not sure if this is the right forum to post this on, but I am having a lot of trouble logging into webinars billed as webinar series via the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub.
We had CventConnect2020 as a virtual event.
There is also a 5-part series and a 2-part VAH enablement series.
I am having a terrible time trying to log into either of those.
I could not log into today's "Designing + Producing Engaging Virtual Experiences." I always get in and then am asked to register again, and then told I am already registered. If I have my reg confirmation code sent to me, well, today it never came through my email.
I am trying to attend as many virtual and hybrid learning sessions as possible and am not having an easy time of it. Is anyone else experiencing this? And how do you solve the problem and log in to get to the learning?

Subject: Tip of the Week #22: Get to Know the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub®
Hello, Community! So, what did you think of Cvent CONNECT Virtual last week? Did you enjoy using the new Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub® ? Since some of you may be getting started with your own events using the new virtual event solution, we wanted to provide a few key tips to enhance your use of the Virtual Event Experience through the Attendee Hub.
- Secure Login: Starting with registration, be sure to collect the mobile phone of your invitees. This will allow for a two-factor authentication when your registrants are logging into your Virtual Event Experience. To enable two-factor authentication, navigate to Website & Registration > Security > Post-Registration Authentication > Authentication method for post-registration: Secure verification code.
- Promote your Agenda: Within the attendee website known as the Virtual Event Experience, there is a display of upcoming and live sessions. This will help your virtual attendees know what to join next and keep track of the schedule when they are watching from their individual homes. Be sure to note the correct Start Date/Time and End Date/Time when creating your Sessions in your Flex event, as this list will pull the sessions from a current two-hour window.
- Organize your Agenda: The nature of virtual events offers your attendees flexibility when choosing the sessions and content they would like to view. To help assist with their schedule selection, use the Session Category function, which can then appear as an indicator next to the session details and on the Sessions page while they are browsing. You can create categories relevant to the topic or audience, or any other grouping for your event's content, such as Networking or Breakout session. To do so, access your Flex event and navigate to Event Details > Sessions > Select session > Edit > Select the ellipses next to the Category field and either create a new category or select an existing one from your account.
- Make your Agenda Virtual: Once you have your sessions organized, don't forget to add the virtual meeting details. These can be added within the Virtual Session tab of the session itself in your Flex event. Once opening this new tab, you can answer the question "Will this session be virtual?" and once stating "Yes," it will prompt new fields to enter such as Video Conferencing Platform, Meeting ID, various URLs and passwords, and Recording Details. Now that the information is added for them, your attendee can join the virtual session with ease when the time comes.
- Similar to the Session Category indicator, once enabling this setting it will add a Virtual Session indicator next to the session details when the attendee is browsing the attendee website.
- Promote your Sponsors and Exhibitors: Using the Exhibitor Management Portal is easier than ever and gives you the control you need to promote your sponsors and exhibitors, while still requesting the necessary details from your points of contact. There is a ton to look forward to when showcasing your partners through the Virtual Attendee Hub, and we would suggest starting with the Featured Exhibitors on the Home page. Once you are in the Exhibitor Management Portal and select the exhibitor, navigate to the Exhibitor Statuses section to simply toggle on the Featured status. Now, these organizations can be displayed front and center on the home page.
- Don't forget to note those who are sponsors, as well! Within Exhibitor Management, you can create your sponsorship levels, and then these levels can display as an indicator within the exhibitor card next to their logo and name.
- If you would like to customize these terms or others within the Virtual Attendee Hub, you can use Language Management to update the system text. An example used for Cvent CONNECT was to change Exhibitors to Virtual Booths.
- Collect Feedback and Analyze your Data: If you have not explored the Feedback Survey feature through Flex events, now is the time. Your event and session-level feedback surveys are still configured in your event, but then can appear directly on the Home page and easily be pointed to during or after the event. Check out this past Tip of the Week for helpful suggestions of survey questions during these times.
- With the new virtual experience, this of course brings new reports. Our go-to will be the Attendee Hub Usage report, which will show key data in how the attendees interacted in the attendee website and event app. Access this report within your event > Reporting > Reports (New).
- Take your data to the next level by adding Engagement Scoring. With the Virtual Attendee Hub, we have 20 actions that an attendee can take to contribute to their score. Virtual events bring even more importance to understanding your attendee's engagement, and this feature makes it easy to do so.
Have you already watched any videos or started to learn more about the Virtual Attendee Hub? What questions do you still have about the solution? If you are already using it, what is your favorite feature that you would encourage others to explore?
Please let us know if you have any questions or tips of your own to transition to virtual! #CventTip
