As of now, Cvent does not provide a feature to setup a refund policy for Hotel Rooms. This is applicable for Classic and Flex events.
We issue a full refund for hotel room nights. However, this is a great idea and you can log this in our
Ideas Section of community, accessible through -
https://community.cvent.com/ideas Our product teams can review the most voted ideas and work to add them to our product.
You can review few alternatives below:
- Stop automatic refunds and process them manually at the backend
- Use agenda items/registration types to set up the event and adjust the cost of hotels within registration items instead of hotel rooms
