    Thanks in advance for your input.
    When setting up fees for different tracks or sessions, has anyone figured out a way to split the fees across multiple GL codes within Cvent?

    Doesn't it already do that? Only issue is the split must be a percentage.

    Other issue I have is that G/L codes don't appear on cross reports. At least not for me.

    How did you enable this functionality?
    Are you using a pre-built Cvent field or repurpose other fields to allow for additional GL codes?

    I've been using GL codes for 3 years.
    In flex you can split the codes by percentage. You can't split them in classic.
    You can use multiple G/L codes. I have about a dozen, although my events use from 1 - 3 codes at a time.
    I keep on adding codes as needed.I wouldn't repurpose them as that would through of my reports if I had to go back to a closed event.

    Adding General Ledger Codes

    Do you need to split them in Classic? I wouldn't go well.
    Before using cvent my registration needed to split the GL codes. I did that manually using separate numeric fields. It was a nightmare and prone to error.

    We have some gift with premium events built into the pricing. For the most part the percentage works. In a recent event the total price was $35, $10 for the gift (donation) and $25 for the dinner. The percent set-up doesn't work in this instant when every dime counts as a donation.  

    We are just waiting for it to be a $ amount split.
