Agree with
@Shannon Harrison: just go to Invitees and Registrants > Advanced Search > Status = Visited. You may want to set up your Abandoned Registrations email in advance and when you do this periodic search, you can just select all of them, do a bulk action of email, and send them your Abandoned Registration email follow up. You have an Abandoned Registration email by default in
#Event(Flex) that is set to manual, but you can make it a periodic email, i.e. send a certain number of days after they abandon registration.

I have just used the Invitee and Registrant's report and searched for visited. Or you can pull up the Invitee & Registrants list and Advance search for visited and then export those names

Does anyone know how to pull an abandoned registration report in the Flex events? In the Classic there is an actual report you can run for this, but I do not see it in the Flex. Any other tips for finding out who abandoned their registration in this setting for registration would be great!
