Cvent Community - happy Tuesday! We've got a whole bunch of #EventCloud releases to share today, including a handful of exciting #Event(Flex) releases and some across #OnsiteSolutions and #Surveys as well.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Event Management

Transfer Registration (Registrant-Side Substitution): You can now allow registrants to transfer their registrations using the "Transfer Registration" widget. If a registrant is no longer able to attend the event, they can transfer their event registration to someone else on the confirmation page. They'll be required to provide the new registrant's first name, last name, and email address.

Attendee Single Sign On (SSO): You can now use SSO to populate your invitee's data on their registration after authentication. The invitees will be required to complete an authentication process in their IDP before accessing the event website and registering for the event. This allows you to make your registration process more secure by only allowing successfully authenticated invitees to register for the event. Go to the Website Authentication section in Events > Website & Registration > Website > Security to set this up.

Optional Items – Donation Items: You can now collect donations during the registration process through the Donation Items widget. The widget may be placed anywhere in the registration process, and the items will follow any visibility restrictions for the registrants.

Flex Shell PNR Enhancements: You can now choose to automate PNRs in Flex events. Shell PNR helps ensure the correct PNR is matched with the correct registrant. PNRs will be created within the air request when a registration is submitted. Once it's created, the registrant won't be able to edit or cancel the air request.

Rich Text Editor Hyperlink: You can now add hyperlinks using the Rich Text Editor outside of the Site Designer. This allows you to do things like link URLs to any website, link documents from the Cvent library, and add "mail to" links.

    Enterprise/Meetings Management

    Access Portal

    Content Management:
Under the User Management screen, there is a new tab called "Content Access," which shows all the content that a user has available to them. Anyone with access to edit permissions for a user will be able to do so from that page.

    Onsite Solutions

    OnArrival

    OnArrival User Permissions:
You can now restrict access to specific areas in OnArrival through the new OnArrival User Permissions.

    Marketo-LeadCapture Integration

    New "LeadCapture Sync History" report:
Use this new report to keep track of and troubleshoot syncs from the Cvent LeadCapture app to Marketo. The report will display a list of sync and lead details, which you can filter by sync status, lead name, lead email address, sync date, and more. To run the report, go to Event Details > General > Push API Integrations. Select the Marketo integration, then select the Actions button and click LeadCapture Sync History.

Update to record matching criteria: We've enhanced the integration so that it now uses the record matching criteria set up for your Marketo configuration in Admin. Previously, records were always matched based on just email. You now have the flexibility to match LeadCapture and Marketo records by email only or by email, first name, and last name.
Note: If you already had the record matching criteria set to first name, last name, and email before this release, you'll need to re-save your Marketo configuration in Admin.

    Surveys

Premium Feedback Surveys for Flex Events

    Matrix Multi-Select Question:
The matrix question in Surveys has been enhanced to support multiple answer selections. Now, you can set up the question to allow respondents to select multiple choices per category.

    Non-Event Surveys in Surveys (New)

Collect Contact Information in the Survey:
You can now collect or display the respondent's contact information in the survey. Contact and custom contact fields can be added to the survey and marked as optional or required fields. Any information entered by the respondent will be stored in the address book and can be used in question or chapter logic in the survey.

Matrix Multi-Select Question: The matrix question in Surveys has been enhanced to support multiple answer selections. Now, you can set up the question to allow respondents to select multiple choices per category.

Certificates: Certificates are now available in Surveys (New). You can create certificates to put on the survey's "Thank You" page or send out via email. You can use data tags to include contact information, respondent's answers to survey questions, and survey scores to personalize the certificate. Respondents will be able to download a PDF version of the certificate.
