  • 1.  Can we split the agenda?

    Posted 12-08-2020 04:08
Hello everybody! do you know if it is possible to split the agenda to different pages on the website? I would like to create an agenda folder and in there one page for Day1 and another to day2. Do you know if there is a solution for that? Thanks

Unfortunately none we were able to find, we ended up just uploading PDF's of Day 1 and Day 2 for people to access / download. To get just 1 you can prevent some items from showing up on the agenda but don't think that'd help you build out day 2 unless you create a like second fake event and duplicate the site and just build a day 2 agenda under there that you like to in the header? It was a very complicated thought process so we just ended up going with the PDFs.

There are a couple of work-arounds:
    1. Add a FILTER to your Agenda page (the one baked into Cvent) and use a date filter. You'll have to upload a value in an event-level (or possibly account-level) field, but you can allow the attendees to filter by date.
    2. Create custom Day 1 and Day 2 agenda pages. These are a pain because they are static - any changes you make to the agenda won't be updated, you'll have to do a manual edit.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Szilvia,
I second Brenda's advice to take advantage of the filters to get the job done.
Creating the whole agenda as static text would be a bit of a pain but would yield the best result aesthetically speaking if you are dead-set on doing two separate pages.
