  • 1.  Sending out invitation to client from a list of contacts

    Hi everyone:
    I currently have multiple CVent evens and wanted to send out an email blast to a list of contacts but don't want to overwhelm
    the audience. 
    Does anyone know if I can create an email to include serval CVent registration links in one email and send it out???

    Any suggestions would be grateful.

    Hi Kwongmei,

    Your use case sounds like a great fit for our eMarketing module. eMarketing allows you to add targeted lists of contacts and send emails across your Cvent account, rather than for one specific event. Here is a helpful outline of the tool: http://bit.ly/1TMnxO9
