Attention NSOs and GSOs:  CSN Login Now Required to View RFPs 

To enhance data security and privacy of our users and comply with data protection regulations, such as GDPR, Cvent is changing the access requirements for our NSO and GSO users on the #CventSupplierNetwork.   

Effective May 4, 2020, all hotel NSOs/GSOs will need to authenticate themselves before accessing the RFP details.  When you receive an email notification about a new RFP you've been copied on by a planner and click through to view the RFP, you will see a screen that will ask you to log in with your existing CSN credentials (if you have them), request a temporary password, or request a permanent CSN user login.   

Temporary Password details:   

To get immediate access to an RFP, you will be able to request a temporary, single-use password by clicking the Get Temporary Password link. A temporary password will be emailed to you – it must be used within 5 minutes of when it was received. Once you log in, your session will stay active for 60 minutes and then become automatically deactivated. If you need to access the same RFP again later, you'll need to request a new temporary password.  

Permanent Login details: 

You will be also be given an option to request CSN login credentials by clicking on the link for the CSN Supplier User License survey.  After completing the survey, it typically takes one business day to get CSN login credentials. In the meantime, you can use a temporary password to access and manage your RFPs.   

Another benefit of getting CSN account credentials is access to the convenient, no-cost NSO Dashboard that allows you to see and manage all RFPs you were copied on by planners.
