For our most recent event, we set up an email to be sent to individuals who did not complete their registration. I see the report that pulls the email open rates, but is there a way to find out how many of those emails resulted in a finished registration?

    Hi Krysten,

The best bet at this point would be to compare the list of invitees that the abandoned registration email was sent to with the current accepted registrant list within your event to see who was converted into a successful registration. Invitees from the abandoned registration list who then actually come back and register for the event will be removed from the abandoned list, therefore the only record you'd have that they were abandoned registrants at one point in time would be from the abandoned registration email reports. Managing Abandoned Registrations

Something that you could consider potentially doing for future events is to create a weblink with a specific reference ID tied to it to send out via your abandoned registration email(s) within the event and then anyone who registers via that weblink will be able to specifically be reported on in the system via the reference ID fields in reports. Using Reference IDs in Event

Thanks, @Julia Plymack. The ref ID is a great idea!
