  • 1.  Speaker Resource Center Email verification?

    Hello! I couldn't find a clear answer to this question. I published the Speaker Resource Center for our event and sent the "Resource Center Invitation" to our speakers. How do I know this email was sent? I don't see it in reports and the status just says "Active." It would be nice to see who received it and opened it.

    This is actually not something we can pull right now in reports, but it's great feedback to add to the "ideas" tab in the community as our product team looks at that directly! We are making some improvements to the Speaker Resource Center, which should help with this, so make sure to keep an eye out for that!

    While we do not have a report available within the platform currently, our team members can pull this report for you if you open a case with our Customer Care team or reach out to your account team. 

    I also encourage you to post this to the ideas tab for our Product Team to review!

    Hello - checking in a year later, is the solution still to open a case with Customer Care team? I just sent off a couple hundred invitations to the Speaker Resource Center and would like to confirm it was sent/who received it.
