    Currently looking for a new way to capture the configuration information we need to build a registration site (and determine whether Cvent Express can be used vs. a full site).

     

    We are hoping to use a response-based form with logic to ask our internal clients for information pertaining to the site they need, i.e. Is more than one registration type needed? Are you capturing hotel requests? Will registrants select classes/sessions during registration? Depending on their responses to some basic questions, additional fields and questions would appear, allowing us to fully understand their needs without forcing them to view/answer questions that don't pertain to them.

     

    Is anyone out there doing something similar? What suggestions do you have in terms of platforms or software to use? How do you have your form structured? If you don't have a form - how are you capturing all the details you need to set up a site (outside of the actual content/verbiage)?

    Hi Angela,

    The use case you described above is exactly what our Meeting Request Form feature can be utilized for! This module is not included in all licenses, so I would suggest speaking with your Account Manager for more information.
