Supplier Network

• Update to User Custom Questions: All custom questions increased their character limit from 300 to 1,000 characters, so you can include more information. 

• Update to Shortlisted Venues: 
  • Shortlist All Venues: Now venues in every status, except "Not Sent," can be shortlisted. 
  • Bulk Add Venues: Venues can be shortlisted in bulk. 

• Update to "Event Name" When Copying an Existing RFP: When copying an existing RFP, the "Event Name" pre-populates. If the copied event name is different, you can change it. 

• Update to "Number of People" When Creating Agenda Items: When creating agenda items, the "Number of People" field populates based on the number of attendees specified in the RFP. If the number of people is different, you can change it.

• Update to Award Wizard on the Suppliers and Responses Page: Now when you select a venue to award on the Suppliers and Responses page it stays selected for the first step of the Award Wizard.

• Update to Agenda Items: Planners can now create multiple, concurrent agenda items on the "Add Item" pop-up. This saves you time creating multiple agenda items that occur at the same time on the same day (e.g., Breakout sessions).
