I would like to learn about how you manage your sponsorship inventory. Meaning all the sponsorship opportunities/packages you offer...how do you keep track of what has been sold and what is still available? Do you use a spreadsheet or a program/software?
Oftentimes the sponsorship opportunities we offer overlap and/or we add as we go along to provide flexibility and unique opportunities to our potential sponsors. We do not always offer specific packages, just suggestions so the potential sponsor could decide what is most important to them /what they prefer. Multiple members of our team are involved with the management of the sponsorship inventory and it can get a bit messy with keeping up. At the moment we manage it all using a list/spreadsheet. We are interested in learning about potential programs/software that might be a good option to use for this type of management.
Curious how everyone does it within their organization.
