    In the Attendee List of the OnArrival App, is there a way to search by specific fields, and not just attendee name or email? For a gala we host, we use custom contact fields to show what table a guest is sitting at, so that staff can see it on the app, but is there a way to type in the table name or number into the Attendee list and have it return everyone who has that name/number listed on their record?

    no, there's not. You can only search by the name, and then drill down into their agenda from there.

    No, there isn't. However, this would be a really great enhancement - I'm sure you're not the only one who does table numbers. They could also include Company name as a way to search, in addition to being able to search by custom fields.

    This is not the exact answer to your question, but this may help. In Cvent Event Management I set up internal info fields and use them with conditional logic to print a combination of icons on a person's badge. I define a Principal (crown icon), Speaker (Superman S icon) and Quota Achiever (star icon), use an upload template to set this info on each contact, and then program the conditional logic on the badge template. Although I do not know if you can search on this in OnArrival, you can easily access the internal info in Summary reports in Xvent Event Management. Hope this helps as a work-around!

    Unfortunately not that we found, we had asked a few years about this for our big event but its never really been possible. We instead worked around adding the field to badges, but won't help pull everyone at the table.

    You can search through your attendee list by name or email, filter by registration type, or registration questions
