Advanced settings: You can now send an audit report for troubleshooting and contact our support teams directly from the app. You can also force a full sync of your event and view debug information to help with troubleshooting.
Data center support: You can log into the US or European (EUR) data centers.
Sandbox support: Exhibitors can now log in to Sandbox mode. Sandbox mode is an environment that allows exhibitors to test the OnArrival app for an upcoming event without affecting real event information and data.
Check-in alert: You will now see a check-in alert, as well as attendee information, on the photo verify screen.
Syncing updates: The app now syncs every 10 minutes, a great decrease from 15 minutes.
