Hi Yehuda,
Thank you for posting this important point. I've connected with our Infromation Technology and Product teams to confrim that the current implementation requires a user to be authenticated to Attendee Hub prior to the Zoom link to the recording being accessible in a new tab. The recordings are not publicly searchable on the internet. Also note the video is only record if the host of the meeting choices to record it and the on-demand link is only displayed in Attendee Hub if configured that way.
Our engineering team has been working on a newer implementation, planned for the January 24th release, which is even more secure and will store the recording on the Cvent platform and eliminate the need for a link to Zoom. Any recordings on the zoom platform will be timely deleted.
Team members at Cvent will also be reaching out to you directly to discuss this.
Thanks!
Andrea

Subject: Attendee Hub - security risk? Your Sessions Recordings Are Not "Secure"
Hi Everyone,
For those using Attendee Hub how have you dealt with this security issue:
When cVent records your collaborative sessions (zoom-based), the session recordings are stored on the Zoom cloud, until cVent can download them, then eventually they are deleted off of the Zoom cloud. However, once they are on the Zoom Cloud, they are not protected by ANY type of security. Anyone (outside of your event) can access these recordings and listen to your private sessions. They don't need a login or password etc.
Has anyone found a good solution to this? I imagine most of us may not want our sessions "out there" in cyberspace. This is security 101, so maybe we're just missing something.
Thanks!
Y
