  • 1.  Modifying passkey info in cvent?

    We are using passkey for our next event.
    Our registration isn't open yet.
    We've had a few people make their hotel reservations in our block by calling the hotel.

    Is there a way for me to add their itinerary, check in, check out confirmation number back into cvent?

    Hi Steven, if the person is already registered in Cvent, the hotel can add the booking to Passkey using the "Find Reglink" option and that should link so it shows in Cvent.  Sometimes we have to "create" the link first by going into the person's registration in Cvent, go to the "registration" dropdown on top right, and click on "Add or modify travel" and click on the link to book the hotel.  That should open the Passkey booking webpage and create the Reglink.  Then the hotel can find the person under "Find Reglink" to book in Passkey.

    Thank you.
    Our registration went live today but we are holding off 2 weeks before collecting money and having attendees make their reservation.
    I have a feeling our Sept event will be cancelled anyways.
