  • 1.  Attachments in an RFP

    Hello!  Does anyone know where an internal document can be attached to a booking in Cvent Connect? I am NOT referring to attachments in the RFP Details where you can add documents such as meeting specifications, etc. to send with the RFP to the hotels.  I have used other versions of Cvent where there is an option for Internal Documents in an RFP, but I do not see anything like that in Cvent Connect.  Asking because I always found it to be convenient to have the countersigned contracts, site inspection forms, client specifications, etc.  attached to each booking in Cvent for future reference.  Thank you!

    I had to repost this: but just an idea I had was maybe load the document to your document library and its in the cloud.

    I would agree document library could work for internal documents. What's confusing about your question is that you are referencing Cvent Connect which is the user conference, are you asking about the Supplier Network or the event management module?

    Please note that HB Connect is a customized version of Cvent. At this time, HB has chosen not to turn on "internal documents." Due to the customized nature of HB Connect, I suggest directing the more technical questions regarding functionality, to your internal Cvent Administrator at
