    Happy Tuesday, Cvent Community! Can you believe it's already October? We're kicking off Q4 with some #Event(Flex), #CrowdCompass, and #LeadCapture updates - check 'em out below.

    Event Management

     

    Multi-Language Support: The Multi-Language feature can now be enabled in your Flex events, allowing you to seamlessly create an event in multiple languages to accommodate a diversity of international audiences.

    Display session-level virtual detail in the My Agenda Widget: You can now add session-level virtual details in the My Agenda email widget. Invitees will now receive the Link and the Password for their registered sessions along with their Agenda in post-registration emails.

    Add a new source "LiveStream" to Video widget: You can now play Live Videos from Livestream using the video widget. Simply post the video link in the video widget and the video will render on the canvas.

    Recognize known invitees on confirmation page login: Registered invitees will now be recognized when they open "Already Registered" to log in to their confirmation pages. If arriving via a data tag in Cvent emails, they'll be required to enter only the confirmation number to log in.

    Move Privacy Compliance and CCPA settings out of Site designer: The CCPA settings and the privacy compliance have moved from the Site designer (under Footer settings) to Website & Registration > Website > Privacy Compliance (same as Classic events). This means you won't have to navigate to different pages for your Classic vs. Flex events and the settings can be controlled from a central place.

    CrowdCompass

     

    App store name change: We're changing the name of our mobile app from AttendeeHub to CrowdCompass Events! You'll notice this change in app stores and within EventCenter by the end of this month.

    Open links in new tab from the Online Event Guide: While configuring your event settings, you can now set external links to open in a new browser tab when an attendee clicks them from the Online Event Guide.

    Access Code Deactivation: Access Code Deactivation provides you with greater security and control by auto-expiring licenses allocated to lead gatherers.
