  • 1.  How to transfer/export Speakers from sessions in the Abstract Management to the event's Speaker area?

    We have dozens of sessions we are approving for inclusion in our event, who have submitted through the abstract management. I approve the session. The session shows. But I can't figure out how to then get those speakers moved over to the Speaker area of my event. Do I have to create them all individually, or is there a way to import their info directly from the Abstract Management Tool?

    Hi Maher,

    You do not need to create the speakers individually within your linked registration event. Both the sessions and speakers are able to push over from Abstract Management into the event. All author fields, including the profile image, will automatically sync to the speaker's record within the linked event when their associated session is published.

    Hi Maher, 
    It seems you got the best answer possible from Julia, but in case you have to add presenters that were not part of your Abstract Management (as in co-presenters added later, or ad-hoc sessions), you can always import them all at once from a spreadsheet. I will note that you would still have to add their pictures one by one though.
