    Hello Cvent Community!

    We are launching our first event with the Virtual Attendee Hub. Wondering if anyone has created a FAQ document that's been helpful to attendees? Or a pre-event email?I've found this article (what should I include in my pre-event email for attendee hub) which was helpful, but would love a good FAQ for the event website that I could include!

    Just would like to echo this question!  We did a soft opening yesterday of our very first Cvent event - keynote today and the next on Monday.  We have weeks of live events, so I want to craft a message as clear as possible without reinventing the wheel since I am slammed with all the other logistics and details!

    Hello Amanda, 

    Our Cvent rep was able to send us a doc with basic instructions that we were able to modify to fit our specific events. (Ask yours for the "Attendee Guide".)
    We then used it as a base to film a little walkthrough of the Attendee Hub, so that we could offer both a video & text tutorial to help orient attendees. Those are the two things we link to in our "Hub is open" email.
