  • 1.  Resources booking: allowing registrant to book a meeting room

    Hi, I was trying to set up some meeting rooms as resources (classic registration) and I need to allow the registrant to book the rooms by themselves.
    Have any of you ever tried and can explain me how to do it? Thanks

    I am no expert, but the only logical way I could see setting this up is that you make sessions for each room that you have to use for this in 1 hour increments and make the capacity of the event as "1" so that once one person picks up that time slot/room, it becomes unavailable.

    I was looking for something more user friendly and easier to set up. Let's see if someone else has a different approach.
