Hi Sara,
Are you building the event in Flex? If so, I'm able to test all of my emails before launching the event. In the preview function, I register myself and I submit a request for everything I want to test. After my registration, I go in my emails and I send them manually, one by one. Event if they're set for automatically be sent, you can test them manually by sending yourself the email (since you registered). You can easily test any email you've programmed, but you must make sure to submit a request for each things you want to verify (air, hotel, roommate, amount due, etc.).
I'm not sure if that's what you were referring to. Hope it helps!

Subject: Testing Event after launching
Is it possible, or will Cvent ever include the ability to test something after launching an event? There are times where something has been launched and we've had to go in and tweak something. I'd like to be able to then test the update, but it seems the only way to do that is to actually register myself.
I know there is a preview function, but it doesn't allow for testing the post-registration emails like Reg Confirmation, Follow-up emails, etc.
It'd be an amazing feature to have if we could test post-launching.
Thoughts? Any other work-arounds people have found?
Thanks!
Sara
