Travelling from one event and getting ready to go live with another.
Our next event is in November and there is a lot of uncertainty whether COVID will take this one out too.

Normally people pay in full. This year I want a $10.00 minimum fee paid.
I don't want to collect any more than $10.00.
I have instructions to select partial payment and pay no more than $10.00 per person.

I'd like to only offer partial payment and default it to $10.00 per person.
Think it's possible?

Hi Steven-

I used to do this for an event I managed previously. Go to the registration process on a selected path. Then go to the payment screen. Click on the Payment widget. Then scroll down to the bottom of the widget settings on the right hand side of the screen. You will see a section for Partial Payment. Toggle the feature on and you will see the settings to either collect a percentage or a specified dollar amount. If you want to only receive $10 enter that for the specified dollar amount. Make sure that if you have more than just an admission item to indicate the order in which you wish the amount to be applied otherwise it will give an equal amount across all the registration items selected.

@Lindsay Buchanan I hadn't realized that was the order was for. The issue I have is that attendees are paying in full. We added some code to hide the pay in full button and label but it only hid it in the site designer. cvent uses an iframe so the coding doesn't work.​
