Hi Brenda, do you have the survey tool on your account? I've used that to send out an standalone survey (not linked to the event), then imported the answers into my event's internal information fields.
Otherwise, your option is to add the questions to the registration now, then send them an email through Cvent with instructions on modifying their registrations.

I need to ask my vendor registrants some questions that I didn't have as part of the original registration process - names for name badges, etc. I'm sure I was able to do this in the classic version. I am adding some internal questions such as booth assignment that I will import. What I am envisioning is an email to all of them that lists some of the registration answers, some internal questions, AND asks them for new info. Possible?
