Hi, 
How long does Cvent retain data from secure fields such as passport and credit cards once the event is finished?
I.e if you open up that event 3 months later, is the data purged?

Hi Karen, 

I'm not sure if this is true for passport information, but regarding credit cards, information will only be stored for 90 days after the event's completion date or until the card expires, whichever comes first.

I think it only keeps credit card for 90 days, and you can't run them once the event is archived. But you can still see the other non sensative data later on, and can copy your events to make new ones later too
