New "Sort by" Feature on Portal:
Portal Users can now sort venues on the RFP Details page by Food and Beverage Minimum, Average Daily Rate (ADR), or Location.
Update to Cost Summary Report: Planners can now manage the
Cost Summary report display options (e.g., Showing/Hiding Cost Snapshots and Subcategories). In addition, planners with custom branding for their RFP reports can now see their logo on the Cost Summary report.
New Awarded and Contracted Information Import: Planners can now import values from the Awarded and Contracted Details page into the
Cost Summary. This allows a seamless flow from the Awarded and Contracted values into the Cost Summary and Portals.
New "Username" Field on Portal User Page:
Portal Managers can now view a Portal User's username in Admin under
Reporting > Manage > Portals > Visibility.
New DocuSign Integration: Planners sourcing venues through Cvent, can now purchase the DocuSign Integration to contract with venues. After an RFP is awarded to a venue or multiple venues, the planner can log into DocuSign through Cvent and access their templates and then initiate the contract process. Data tags can be added to populate information into the templates from DocuSign, which eliminates the need to enter data manually. Once the final recipient signs the contract and sends it back, the contract is saved in DocuSign and Cvent.
