  • 1.  Inserting mailto: link ino Flex emails

    Up until just now, I seemed to have no issue when inserting the link "mailto:example@email.com" to my Flex emails. I'm currently having the issue now where Outlook won't open the link at all and on my phone's email, it opens a safari page to "email.com." Any thoughts here? Anyone else having the same issues or am I missing something :)?

    Hi Cally,
    If you are using Flex, you should have a text box that opens, and there are two link settings: either "web" or "Email". Be sure you have it marked as email. See my attached image. Hope that helps!
