Attendee website UI improvements: We've made a number of changes to the design of the attendee calendar to improve usability.
- Unconfirmed appointments now have a dashed border, while confirmed appointments have a solid one. (An appointment is confirmed if at least one attendee besides the host has accepted.)
- Sessions are now a different color than appointments and labeled "Session" as well.
- Each appointment now indicates if the attendee sent it "To" other people or if the attendee received it from "From" someone else (along with that person's name and company). You can still see the subject, location, start time, and end time on the calendar or by selecting the appointment.
- There is now a "Respond" icon for each appointment that requires action on the attendee's part, such as accepting, declining, or proposing a new time.
Exhibitor profiles: Show off your exhibitors right on the attendee website. Planners can now set up exhibitor profiles for attendees to view on the site's Directory page. Profiles include standard info such as the exhibitor's name, logo, and description and can also include custom fields such as their region and industry.
Exhibitor filters: While setting up exhibitor profiles, planners can also mark certain standard and custom fields as filterable. If a field (such as "Region") is filterable, attendees can use it to narrow down the list of exhibitors and find ones that best meet their interests.
Admission item visibility: Within an appointment event, planners can now see each attendee's admission item on the Attendees page. This makes it easier to assign attendees to groups for scheduling purposes.
