Hi Community members! I'm looking forward to kicking off this week's Huddle of the Week discussion. I'm sure many of you are in full planning mode for your 2022 events program. We know that even with the strong desire to get back face to face, there is still a need to have virtual content available for those unable to attend in-person. Of course, the challenge of creating engaging, eye-catching content, that keeps your attendees engaged, still remains.
Cvent has been hard at work this year, making it possible for you to easily create broadcast-quality content to stream directly into your Attendee Hub® with the new Cvent Studio. Cvent Studio is currently available through our Early Adopter Program before we officially launch the product (ETA Q1 2022). With Cvent Studio, you will no longer need a special skill set or a complex production team to create high-quality virtual content. We know that many of you have been participating in our Cvent Studio Early Adopter Program and using the tool before our general release. So, thinking about your early experiences with Cvent Studio thus far, let's share how the tool has impacted the way your virtual events are hosted-
- What has been your favorite part about using Studio?
- Do you think that Studio has made a difference in the way your attendees are engaging with your virtual sessions?
And yes, we're still looking for customers who want to join our Cvent Studio Early Adopter Program! As an Early Adopter, you'll be able to try out Cvent Studio and give us product feedback so we can always continue to improve. Ask your account team for more info if you're interested in participating.
We look forward to hearing from you! #HuddleoftheWeek #VoiceIt #ManagingVirtualEvents
