  • 1.  Livestream Host and Speaker Link Trouble

    Hello everyone, we have been using the Attendee Hub since September.  We have been hosting both Livestream and Collaborative virtual sessions.  On November 26 we noticed that our Livestream Host and Session URL links were somehow getting swapped which resulted in our host being in the session as a "speaker" and visa versa.  This has resulted in problems such as host inability to launch polls for our speakers.  So far Cvent support believes that our Host and Speaker URL links expired after 90 days, however after recreating new links we are still having the same issue.  

    Q. Has this issue been happening to anyone else out there?  If so, have you been able to resolve the problem?

    Hi Carrie, 

    I don't have specific insight as we are using our own Webex integration and are not using the built-in Cvent Host vs Attendee system (we add our VIPs as panelists to the Webex event directly). I will say that the live vs recorded links have been working fine.

    I do want to follow this thread and see what other are saying as this might still impact us!

    We have recently started using AH as well. I have not had those issues yet.

    Hi Carrie, we are using Zoom integration in the  VAH and we have not encountered this issue but, I would be interested in understanding how did you solve this problem.
