  • 1.  Suggested Number of Users and Individual Functions

    We just completed our first Cvent event with 140+/- registrants with two users. Our next event will be 500-600 registrants. My on-boarding expert suggested that we add users for the next event. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how many users and what their individual duties should include?

    What do you mean by users?
    Do you need more people checking people in?

    We have 3 admins, but I'm generally the only in the admin role.
    We have one user that we share on multiple devices for OnArrival.
    We have several portal users.
