DocuSign Integration Updates
New Data Tags: Planners can now add the Contracted Food and Beverage Minimum, Contracted Commission Rate, RFP Organization Name, and Organization Address to their DocuSign contract templates.
New Ability to Void DocuSign Contracts in Cvent: Planners can now void a contract directly from Cvent if the contract is not in "Completed" status. This allows planners to easily cancel a contract without having to access their DocuSign account.
Update to Contract Information Tab: Signed DocuSign contracts will be saved on the DocuSign tab of the Awarded & Contracted section of an RFP and as an attachment on the Contract Information tab of an Awarded RFP.
RFP Portal Updates
New "Venue Comparison" Report: Planners can now compare up to 10 proposals side-by-side by running a comparison report of venues published to the portal. They can also export an unlimited number of venues from the portal to an Excel spreadsheet. Only content published to the portal will be returned in this report.
Update to Data Points: Planners now have more control over customizing two areas of high-level data points displayed on the portal.
- Set Up Custom Data Points for the "All RFPs Page" on your Portal:Go to Admin > Reporting > Portals and select a portal. On the RFP Settings tab, Portal Managers can select which columns will be displayed on the "All RFPs" page on the portal. These columns can be different for each portal.
Set Up Custom Data Points for a Specific RFP:
Go to the Portal Publisher to set up 3 high-level data points that will be displayed on the RFP Details page. These columns can be different for each RFP.
