We use Cvent as our event management platform and HubSpot as our marketing automation platform. HubSpot allows you to add a tracking code to your webpage to enable features, like live chat. I'd love to get HubSpot live chat running on our event page, but can't seem to get it to work.
The chatflow has been set up and verified by HubSpot support to be done correctly. I added the HubSpot tracking code as a snippet in Cvent, but the live chat doesn't show up on the page. Has anyone had any success adding HubSpot's tracking code to Cvent and/or getting HubSpot's live chat to work?Looking forward to any insights from the community or Cvent.Many thanksGeorgina
