Did you inherit the registration? Sound like someone created a FAQ page.

Website & Registration  > Website  > Event Website
Is your FAQ page listed there?

Yes the FAQ page was created by someone else, I created this event by copying and editing an old event. When I try to "Customize" the FAQ sheet it only lets me edit the "Theme" not the text

Sections are formed with text widgets.
I wonder if your user role doesn't have the correct permission?
Might want to open a support case to verify your permissions.

    Hi Satya,
Whenever you begin a new web build (or copy one), the first thing the system makes you do when you try to edit a page is confirm or change the theme. Once you confirm it, the system should move you to where you can edit all of the pages. I had an issue 2 weeks ago with 2 different new builds where I couldn't get past the Theme page. Support wasn't able to get past that page either. Both sites had to be escalated to engineering to fix. Hope this helps.
