Registrant Substitution

    Doesn't anyone know if a confirmation email is automatically sent when you do a substitution to the new registrant? Or do you need to do a "resend confirmation"?  I didn't see a clear answer to this in the knowledge database.  TIA

    Hi Jennifer,

    When making substitutions in planner-mode on the back-end, you will need to "Resend Confirmation Email" from the Actions dropdown.
