In Classic you could drag and drop a question to make it a subquestion.
In Flex, it looks like I need to create the subquestion after clicking on the ellipses.
    No other way?

I don't see that you can add text as a condition. :(

    Hi Steven,

Good question! I attended a Flex training last week (which was super useful!) and our trainer did tell us that Flex currently doesn't have the question library like Classic used to.
It is currently a Flex limitations but he recommended to add this in the Ideas section of the Community so that it can be reviewed and maybe some day be a Flex feature! I know I would give you my vote for such an idea.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help,

I'll add it to my other ideas.

If you've already created the question, you can copy/paste into a subquestion (and then delete the question) as you mentioned, but there is not the ability to drag and drop.
